Txhua hli Rwb thaiv tsev Detection Mechanism rau Ntev -Lub Sij Hawm Lub Cuab Yeej Hluav Taws Xob Kev Nyab Xeeb Kev Nyab Xeeb
Kev tshawb nrhiav kev tiv thaiv hluav taws xob txhua hli yog tus nqi tshaj plaws - kev tiv thaiv kev tiv thaiv kev tiv thaiv kom tsis txhob muaj hluav taws xob hluav taws xob tam sim ntawd. Feem ntau cov hluav taws xob kev nyab xeeb ntawm cov khoom siv cua sov yog tshwm sim los ntawm kev tsis pom kev ua haujlwm ntawm cov rwb thaiv tsev tsis zoo, tsis muaj qhov pom tseeb txawv txav hauv cov laus thaum ntxov. Kev tshawb nrhiav txhua hli thiab cov ntaub ntawv kaw tseg tuaj yeem taug qab kev hloov pauv hloov pauv hloov pauv hauv lub sijhawm tiag tiag, paub txog kev ceeb toom ntxov ntawm qhov tsis raug zais, thiab zam kev tsis ua haujlwm tam sim thaum lub sijhawm ua tiav. Thermocouple kub ua haujlwm cov ntaub ntawv tuaj yeem synchronized kaw los soj ntsuam kev sib raug zoo ntawm kev khiav hauj lwm kub thiab rwb thaiv tsev aging ceev, ua tiav cov cuab yeej ntsuas kev noj qab haus huv.
Kev tshawb nrhiav txhua hli paub txog tag nrho- kev saib xyuas lub voj voog ntawm cov cua sov raj rwb thaiv tsev kev laus. Kev rwb thaiv tsev ntawm cov cua sov cov raj yog cov txheej txheem ua kom tsis zoo los ntawm lub xeev ib txwm mus rau kev ceeb toom ntxov thiab qhov kawg tsis ua haujlwm. Ib qho - lub sij hawm random nrhiav tau tsuas yog txiav txim lub xeev instantaneous ntawm cov cuab yeej, thaum tas mus li cov ntaub ntawv txhua hli tuaj yeem ntes cov kev hloov pauv hloov maj mam. Kev ua haujlwm me ntsis qis uas tsis tuaj yeem pom los ntawm ib qho kev tshawb pom tuaj yeem txheeb xyuas los ntawm kev sib piv cov ntaub ntawv, muab sijhawm ceeb toom ntxov txaus rau kev saib xyuas thiab kho.
Txhim kho qhov ntsuas txhua hli tus qauv npog tag nrho cov khoom siv cua sov ua haujlwm ua haujlwm. Txawm hais tias nws tsis tu ncua 24-teev cov cuab yeej ua haujlwm lossis cov khoom siv hluav taws xob sib txuas ua ke, yuav tsum tau kuaj xyuas tsis tu ncua. Kev ua haujlwm tsis tu ncua ntev ua rau cov thermal aging ntawm cov ntaub ntawv rwb thaiv tsev, thaum nquag pib thiab kaw ua rau alternating txias thiab kub kev ntxhov siab kom ceev rwb thaiv tsev qaug zog. Kev txheeb xyuas txhua hli txheeb xyuas cov khoom siv kev noj qab haus huv sib npaug, tsis txhob hnov qab txog qhov tsis zoo ntawm cov khoom siv sib txawv ntawm kev ua haujlwm.
Kev txheeb xyuas cov ntaub ntawv khaws tseg paub txog qib kev ceeb toom ntxov thiab kev saib xyuas lub hom phiaj. Cov ntaub ntawv tshawb pom txhua hli tau muab khaws cia thiab muab piv rau ntev, thiab cov khoom siv nrog kev tiv thaiv tsis tu ncua yog cim raws li cov khoom ceeb toom ntxov. Rau cov cua kub hauv 5-50MΩ lub sijhawm ceeb toom ntxov, nce kev tshawb pom ntau zaus thiab ua kom zoo tshaj qhov chaw ua haujlwm kom ncua kev laus. Rau cov khoom siv nrog kev tiv thaiv ze rau 1MΩ, npaj kev tiv thaiv kev tiv thaiv thiab kho kom qhuav ua ntej. Rau cov khoom laus nrog kev poob qis tsis tu ncua, npaj cov phiaj xwm hloov ua ntej.
Kev tshawb nrhiav tsis tu ncua kom tsis txhob muaj qhov muag tsis pom kev pabcuam thiab kev kaw tam sim ntawd poob. Cov kev ua txhaum thaum ntxov uas tau muab pov tseg nyob rau hauv lub hlis txij nkawm yuav tsis hloov mus rau qhov ua tsis tiav loj thiab raug kaw ntau lawm. Kev tiv thaiv kev saib xyuas tus nqi qis dua li kev kho thaum muaj xwm txheej ceev thiab hloov tus nqi tom qab tsis ua haujlwm, thiab cov khoom siv ruaj khov ua kom muaj kev vam meej tas mus li. Ntev -lub sij hawm kev tswj xyuas tus txheej txheem tuaj yeem txuas ntxiv lub neej kev pab cuam ntawm cov khoom siv cua sov kom ntev.
Ua kom tiav kev nyab xeeb txij nkawm kev sib koom ua ke txhua lub hlis tiv thaiv kev ntsuas, ntsuas kub ntsuas kub thiab ntsuas cov khoom siv niaj hnub. Kev tshawb nrhiav pom lub sijhawm hloov pauv kev ua txhaum cai pov tseg rau hauv kev ua haujlwm ceeb toom thaum ntxov, txo qis lub plhaub hluav taws xob tsis ua haujlwm. Cov kws tshaj lij tag nrho- cov khoom siv kev tswj hwm kev noj qab haus huv ua kom lub sijhawm ntev - hluav taws xob ruaj ntseg thiab kev ua haujlwm ntawm cov kav cua sov ua haujlwm.
